Online Coaching -

Due to the personized nature of online coaching, all payments are non-Refundable once your coaching programme has started.

subscriptions Plans -

if you are on a recurring monthly, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. no refunds will be issued for payments already Processed.

one off Programmes -

one time purchases, including personalised training plans, nutrition plans, or coaching packages, are non refundable once they have been delivered.

Exceptional circumstances -

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case by case basis at FitzFitnessCoachng discretion.
