Coaching services
FitzFitnessCoaching provides online fitness coaching, personalised training programmes, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support. coaching is designed to help you achieve your personal fitness goals but does not guarantee specific results.
2.Client Responsibility
You confirm that your are voluntarily participating and responsible for your own well-being, you should consult with your doctor aswell before starting any new exercises, or nutrition programmmes, particularly if you have any existing medical conditions.
3.Payments
payments must be made before coaching services begin, unless an agreed payment plan is in place, where payment plans are offered, clients agree to complete all scheduled payments.
4.Refunds

5.Cancellations
Clients may cancel future coaching services by providing reasonable notice. any cancellation terms relating to subscriptions or coaching packages will apply as agreed at the time of purchase.

All Exercises carries some risk, by participating you accept responsibility for your own health and agree to stop exercising and seek medical advice if you are experiencing pain, dizziness, or other symptoms.
